Benchmarking
Benchmarking means to compare your products, processes, services, strategies, structures, activities, et.al. to the best companies and learn from them by identifying “best practices”, adjusting them to your own requirements and implement them.
One of the most important principles is to establish benchmarking to a constant process in your company in order to reveal strengths and weaknesses of the company in the long run, to determine the positioning of the company in competition and to develop and implement a plan of actions to improve the efficiency.
If you want to conduct a benchmarking project, we gladly support you by:
- The definition of the contents
- The development of an appropriate sheet for data collection
- The appropriate geographical limit (e.g. EU-benchmarking)
- The choice of eligible partners
- The establishment of the appropriate method for data collection (primary data, analysis of secondary data)
- Execution of all strategically necessary work/services
